This might just be my computer, but when I try to add the files nothing happens. I deleted the previous folders and they still wouldn't add nor could I restore it.

It's confusing at first.
Make sure you have the WinRar file open, click on sai tools>How to install
Click on it and a text document will open, explaining how to do the installations, and will give you the file NAME that you have to look for and find under the winrar files called resources
Look for the brush you want, in this situation, we'll go with the square brush.
In the instructions document under square brush it says
"Square Brush:
- toolnrm\04.ini
- elemap\Square.bmp"

go to Resources>toolnrm
Now that you are finally in the toolnrm file, look for a file that says "04.ini"
Back to your actual SAI files...Click on toolnrm as well
Drag the "04.ini" to your sai file called toolnrm (There should be a number of brushes named 00-19)
Your computer will ask if you want to move and replace the file, don't move, or move and keep both files because these two files have the same number, simply click "Move, but keep both files" Now in this case, the file will be 04 (2)

right click on 04 (2) and rename it to be 20

moving on to Elemaps...Back to WinRar, click on the file "..." to go back to a menu that hase the file names "Blotmap" "Elemap" and "toolnrm"

click on elemap (go back on your actual sai file and click on elemap as well)
The instructions that come with this tutorial tell you which blotmap, elemap, or toolnrm to use, in this case.."Square.bmp"
Drag "Square.bmp" to the elemap file in your sai files.

In a couple cases, that is your final step, and you are officially ready to use this brush in SAI! But in quite a few cases, there is one last and final step

Scroll down in your instructions until you see the following--
"2. For some tools you need to edit brushform.conf\brushtex.conf as well (don't add it twice if you already have it):"

This is actually a quite easy procedure
On your SAI file, you will see "brushform"
Click it (Please note that this is a text document as well)
You will see many brush names that end with ".bmp" That means you are on the right file
Go back you your instructions and look for the brush you are using, to see if you have to add your brush BMP
If you see your brush and it says "For "Square Brush" append this to the brushform.conf:" Look right below it and copy the configuration text
In my case, (the square brush) it would be "2,elemap\Square.bmp"
paste that into your "Brushform" text, save it
and voila! you are finished!
I hope this helped somewhat for you guys.
