Q: If I already have the complete Paint Tool SAI brush set ([link]), do I need to download this? Does it have somehing new?
A: No, in this case you don' need to download these brushes because you already have them.

Q: I want only X tools. How do I get them?
A: Read the "How to install.txt" file inside the .rar archive and follow its instructions.

Q: How can I download these tools?
A: The download link is under the "Add to Favourites" panel.

Q: How can I extract the .rar archive?
A: Use WinRar or 7zip.

Q: How can I install these tools?
A: Read the "How to install.txt" file inside the .rar archive and follow its instructions.

Q: Where can I find the "How to install.txt" file?
A: Inside the .rar archive.

Q: Where can I find my SAI folder?
A: Normally it should be at "c:\Program files\Paint Tool SAI".

Q: How can I open .ini and .conf files?
A: Use Notepad.

Q: How would I know which .ini file is associated with which tool?
A: Open an .ini file and look at the fields "Name" and "Desc". The name of the associated tool is written there.

Q: How can I change the tools order?
A: Hold the Ctrl Key, then drag the tool to change its place. Note that names of associated .ini files will change if you do this.

When I try to edit the brushform.conf and brushtex.conf It tells me I don't have permission... but I am the only user on this computer ;.; someone help

Probably the permission problem. You need to have administrative rights to make such changes.
